Note: EODSA fee includes Player and Team Registration at OSA,
one uniform set (home jersey, away jersey + shorts and socks) and one
practice and one game per week.

Family Discount
The Ottawa St Anthony Italia S.C. provides a "family discount" for
immediate family members including children and adults who register for
a summer team with our Club. Please see our Registration Form for more information.
Payment Details
- Payment must be received in order for your Registration Form to be processed.
- Make cheque payable to St. Anthony’s Soccer.
- NSF cheques will be charged an additional $45 administration fee.
